Blockchain Supply Chain
CHIP traceability web application
Overview I was the sole designer on this blockchain supply chain application, collaborating with the Product Owner to create the best experience for four user types within the consortium. The goal was to improve item-level traceability, reduce supply chain costs, and shorten cycle time.
Due to an NDA, I can’t share specific designs but am happy to discuss my experience in conversation.

Final Thoughts
As a consultant, quickly immersing myself in new industries can be challenging with short timelines. Given more time, I would have conducted additional usability testing to better understand processes, pain points, and data priorities. Overall, it was a valuable experience being the sole designer, managing full visual design for the first time in a fast-paced environment.
Challenges
Limited Budget & Scope: Initially tasked with five wireframes, I ended up designing the full UX and visual design over three and a half months.
Short Timeline: Rapid development left little time to fully immerse in content or understand user needs.
User Research: I would have liked more time with end users to better understand their processes and critical information in the supply chain.
